“Shizuka worked on one complex house project in Wanaka with a value of $1 million. The site was complicated and very demanding. Shizuka prepared a 3D model of the house including plans, elevations and cross sections using Archicad with the renders being completed using Artlantis. A high standard of presentation and accuracy was achieved and the model and documents were advanced to a developed design stage and were used to apply for and obtain the Resource Consents required. The Archicad model was to a standard from which the working drawings could be advanced. Throughout this phase of the work the client made numerous significant changes to the house design involving much re-work to the model. The standard, accuracy and quality of the model and presentation was very high and assisted no end with presenting the house proposal to the client who could not read or understand conventional architectural drawings.
